O is for Offer

An AI generated image of a whimsical, blue furred, anthropomorphic letter O. The O has googly eyes with curly eyelashes in the style of a Jim Henson Muppet.

In this Instagram reel, I talk about offers, as in, Offer, Acceptance, and Consideration (the 3 main elements of a contract).

Have a client who wants to terminate early or ask for a refund? Be careful with your email reply. 🛑

Once you offer something and the client accepts (and you're both getting a mutual benefit), it’s a binding contract. Always run it by an attorney (*like moi*) first — you don’t want a casual reply to become a legal headache.

What questions do you have about entering into binding agreements via email? Hit me up here!
